My work in learning, talent, and leadership development involved leading teams to create programs and departments that supported new leaders as they gained confidence. What I loved most about that work was the one-on-one coaching – helping people on their leader journey and watching them land on those aha! moments that change how they show up.
With an M.S. in Leadership and 15 years across several industries, I have worked with people in every kind of setting, from small teams to enterprise systems. Years in my regional learning community taught me what actually helps leaders change and sustain that change. I bring that perspective to our coaching, so you get practical, human guidance tied to measurable results.
Coaching felt like a natural next step in my own journey. After years inside organizations, I wanted the freedom to support people directly rather than through layers of structure, and owning my business gives me that flexibility. Coaching brings together what I know about adult learning, leadership, and guided reflection so I can help you understand yourself more deeply, weigh options thoughtfully, and make confident decisions about your next chapter.
When I am not coaching, you will usually find me outside enjoying the Pacific Northwest – rain or shine! I paddleboard and kayak with my dogs, camp in the San Juan Islands, take the train to try new food, go to soccer matches, and spend summer evenings at outdoor concerts. At home I cook, sew, read, and play tabletop games with friends. This beautiful landscape and community keep me grounded and inspired.
